Blast equipment, wet abrasive blasting

It does not produce dust. It is a wet particle blast that can significantly reduce blasting costs.

The wet particle blast is a blasting equipment that does not produce dust and significantly reduces blasting costs. It projects wet abrasive particles without generating dust and does not produce flowing water like existing "wet blasting" methods. All types of abrasives can be used, and the efficiency is the same as dry blasting. The abrasive material comes into contact with water inside the tank, is pushed by water pressure into the piping below the tank, and is extruded in a tokoroten-style with only water between the particles, then carried by the blast air. At the moment the wet particles collide with the workpiece, they release a water film in a parachute-like manner to suppress dust generation, leaving most of the moisture on the workpiece while the abrasive bounces back in a semi-dry state. The workpiece gets wet, but the amount of water released is extremely small compared to conventional wet blasting. 【Features】 - No dust is produced; only a minimal amount of water drips. - Any abrasive can be used, including wet mud. - Reduces the consumption and disposal of abrasives. - Less wear on blast hoses and nozzles. - Strong surface roughening can be achieved. Wet particle blast

Various grinding materials can be used! Since it does not produce dust, it can significantly reduce blasting costs.

This product is a "wet particle blast" that produces no dust and only a minimal amount of water drips. It does not generate dust even with inexpensive "silica sand" available everywhere, resulting in fewer health hazards, making it suitable for blasting applications that typically produce a lot of dust, such as roughening concrete surfaces. Additionally, it can use wet abrasive materials that are not possible with dry blasting, allowing for repeated use and blasting work even in the rain. 【Features】 ■ No dust is produced, and only a minimal amount of water drips ■ Any abrasive material can be used, including wet mud ■ Reduces the consumption and disposal of abrasive materials ■ Less wear on blast hoses and nozzles ■ Capable of strong roughening *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
